Position: Executive Chef Location: Haida Gwaii, British Columbia Lodge: The Outpost RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful applicant will have a proven record with recognized food programs and/or kitchen management. This highly creative professional is responsible for menu creation, purchasing, hiring, cost controls, training, scheduling, inventory and exceeding guest expectations. The executive chef supervises kitchen employees and is capable of delivering four-star cuisine for up to 16 guests a day. QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to applicants with previous resort or fine dining experience, Serving It Right and/or other related certifications. WHY WORK WITH WCFC?
